Nine years from resource augmentation to sole development partner
The engagement began in 2017 as extra hands on an existing custom-built CRM. As it grew, so did the surface area: a diverse stack spanning ASP.NET Webforms through to .NET Core, Xamarin Forms and Angular, and a new health platform to build alongside the CRM it depended on.
A stack that accumulates over a decade is not a problem to be solved in one pass. The work was to keep the existing CRM improving while building something new beside it — a health platform that syncs health gadgets and runs live fitness classes.
A project-basis engagement has since become an exclusive one.
