What we do/Run

Some businesses do their real work at four in the morning

Support hours modelled on an office day are no use to an operation that runs overnight. We shape cover around when your business is actually live — and staff it with people who know the codebase.

One client’s delivery hubs load vans through the night so that milk and groceries reach doorsteps before dawn. Their systems have to work at the hours their customers are asleep — so out-of-hours cover was never an add-on, it was the requirement.

Three shapes of cover

Priced on the hours and the response time, not on a headcount you cannot verify.

Business hours, one timezone

Cover across a normal working day with an agreed response time. Suits internal systems where an overnight outage is inconvenient rather than expensive.

Internal tools, back-office platforms

Extended hours

Early starts, late finishes and weekends, matched to when your operation is actually live rather than when an office is open.

Retail, logistics, field operations

Round the clock

Continuous cover for systems where the business runs while its customers sleep. Rotas, escalation paths and someone who can actually fix it, not just acknowledge it.

What makes support worth paying for

Anyone can staff a rota. The difference is whether the person on it can close the ticket.

01

The people who built it

Support handled by engineers who have worked in the codebase, not a separate tier reading a runbook. On our longest engagements the support rota and the delivery team are the same people.

02

Observability first, or we will build it

Structured logging, health checks across the database, storage and upstream dependencies, and browser monitoring — so a problem is traced from a click to the API call to the query behind it. On one platform we built a standalone data-quality service that watches the system’s own data and reports failures before a user finds them.

03

Support that reduces itself

Every recurring incident is a defect with a queue in front of it. We fix causes rather than resetting the symptom nightly, which is why our support load tends to fall over a contract rather than grow.

When does your business actually need to be up?

Tell us the hours that matter and what an outage costs during them. We will come back with a shape and a price.
