A nursery-software proof of concept turned into a multi-tenant SaaS

The client had a proof of concept and needed a real product: practitioner and parent mobile apps, a web application, and a backend API that could hold it all.
Two constraints made it hard. Nursery premises have patchy Wi-Fi, so the apps had to work fully offline. And one application had to serve students and practitioners across many separate nurseries — a multi-tenant SaaS, not a single deployment.
The proof of concept proved the idea, not the architecture. Translating the technical design into something that could absorb future expansion was the real work. A new API, two mobile apps and a web application all launched.
