Workplace incidents needed reporting the moment they happened, with instant notification to the right people and enough detail captured at the scene to support a future claim. Every action had to be audited for regulatory compliance. And the app had to be white-labelled, so each of the client’s own clients could brand it as their own.
The timeline was the constraint that shaped everything: 45 days to two app stores meant a single cross-platform codebase and no room for a bespoke backend.
Both platforms were built, tested and deployed inside the window, with full activity auditing behind it, dynamic styling for per-client branding, and multilingual support.
