Three workstreams for a compliance-inspection SaaS vendor

Their product is not the checklist — it is the proof the checklist was completed. All three workstreams protect that proof.

We arrived to modernise a mission-critical monolith that captures timestamped evidence of safety checks, and stayed to take on the two client applications that feed it.

The web workstream rebuilt the inspector experience as an offline-first app in three days, and found a backend bug silently discarding an entire answer type on the way. The mobile workstream took over an app whose development history had been lost in a platform handover, and re-established engineering discipline on it. The core workstream continues on the platform underneath.
