The backend is the central server that a care workforce’s tablet app, key-fob attendance devices and ambient monitoring hardware all report into — scoring assessments for risk and turning overnight voice check-ins into verified sleep records.
The mobile client is the tablet tool care workers use to record assessments and, on sleep-in shifts, to create an objective record of when they actually slept.
Three and a half years in, both are still shipping numbered releases, and the architectural successor is being built inside the same codebase while the live app keeps gaining features.
