Taking over a half-finished call-centre backend and handing it back complete
A backend system for an outbound call centre was partially built and stalled. We were asked to take it over, close the gaps, finish the functionality and get it to a state the client could run themselves.
Inheriting a partly finished codebase means the first job is working out what is actually there. What we found set the scope of the remaining work.
We deployed to Azure for user acceptance testing so the client could evaluate functionality and performance properly, then handed the codebase to their internal team with the knowledge transfer needed to maintain and evolve it independently.
