Round 1: Aptitude Test
- Description:In this round, you will be assessed on your basic aptitude skills, including logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving abilities. Expect questions on topics like number series, percentage, time and work, and data interpretation.

- Note:Please review the sample papers attached for practice and familiarizeyourself with the puzzle – solving approach. The puzzles in the test are based on concepts from “Puzzles to Puzzle You by shakuntala devi “, so practicing from this book can help you improve your problem – solving skills
Round 2: Communication Skills
- Description:This round evaluates your verbal and written communication abilities. You may be asked to participate in activities like group discussions, role plays, or personal interviews to assess how well you express your thoughts, handle conversations, and present ideas.
Round 3: Technical Theory & Logical Test
- Description:In this round, your theoretical knowledge of your field, such as engineering, programming, or other technical subjects, will be tested. It also includes logical reasoning problems, which assess your ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

- Note:Make sure to go through the sample paper provided for the technical theory and logical reasoning tests.
Round 4: Technical Task
- Description:This round involves performing practical tasks or solving technical problems that simulate real – world situations. You may be asked to write code, troubleshoot systems, or solve engineering – related issues, depending on the job role.

- Note:Complete the tasks in the attached sample papers to get a feel for the practical challenges that may be asked during the task.
Round 5: Technical Face-to-Face Interview
- Description:A deeper dive into your technical knowledge and expertise. This is an in -person interview where you will be asked detailed questions about your field, along with problem – solving scenarios. You may also be asked to demonstrate hands – on tasks to test your skill level.
Round 6: HR Interview
- Description:The final round focuses on assessing your personality, cultural fit, and long – term potential within the company. The HR interview usually includes questions about your background, career goals, strengths, weaknesses, and your willingness to contribute to the company’s growth.
Important Notes & Requirements
- Please bring the following documents with you:o A copy of your updated resumeo A valid identity card
- Bond Agreement:Once selected, you will be required to sign a 3 year bond with the company.
- Work Schedule:o For the first year, you will be expected to work from Monday to Saturday (9 AM to 6 PM).
- Performance-Based Hike:o Employees will receive a salary hike every year based on their performance.
