Role Overview:
We seek a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in .NET Core Web API, ReactJS, and Azure services, ensuring seamless backend and front-end integration. This role involves low-level design, sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers, making it crucial for candidates to have a strong understanding of Scrum development practices. The position is open for immediate joiners in Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, and Pune.
Responsibilities:
- Able to provide low-level design and highlight any risks in the implementation early in the sprint planning.
- Speak up and collaborate within and across the project team.
- Participated in the story estimation process.
- Should have followed Scrum development practices.
- Should be able to support Trainees/Jr—team members technically wherever required.
- Code review backend code for members within the team and suggest best practices.

The candidate must work from the premises and adhere to a requirement of 3 days of WFO per week.
