We are looking for an Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and function correctly before release.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Identify areas for improvement in testing processes.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Skills and Qualifications
- Academic Excellence: Minimum 85% in academics throughout your education.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, BE, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Internship experience in software testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
