We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a  Lead Generation Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your business acumen and technical knowledge to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our organization.

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our international sales efforts. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role in an IT Services organization. Your main responsibilities will involve generating high-quality leads and converting them into paying customers. Additionally, your extensive industry contacts, both locally and internationally, will be valuable in forming partnerships and growing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Find new business opportunities internationally to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Develop effective strategies to generate good leads through various channels, like targeted marketing campaigns, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Research the market to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and customized proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with industry influencers, potential clients, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at international industry events to promote our services and establish a strong presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive in an IT Services organization, focusing on software services.
    • Strong understanding of the software development industry and current trends.
    • Ability to generate high-quality leads and convert them into paying customers.
    • Extensive network of industry contacts, both locally and internationally.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
