Think of this as your audition.
We’re not a training institute, and this isn’t a box-ticking internship. At GSS, you’ll be embedded in a real team, working on real client projects, building software that actual people use. By the time your six months are up, you’ll have a portfolio that speaks for itself — and possibly a job offer to go with it.
We use AI tools like Claude to supercharge how we build. You’ll learn to work the same way.
Roles available
Mobile App Developer — You’ll build and iterate on mobile applications using React Native, tackling a new task each day with guidance from our team.
Automation Tester — You’ll automate testing for live client websites, learning the craft of quality assurance on real systems under real conditions.
What we offer
There’s no salary — but there’s no fee either. What you get in return is something more valuable: daily exposure to professional software delivery, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, honest feedback, and a portfolio of shipped work. Lunch and coffee are on us every day.
If we’re impressed by your problem-solving, communication, and drive over the six months, we’ll offer you a full-time position at GSS. We won’t make that promise upfront, but it’s a genuine possibility.
Who we’re looking for
You’re a recent graduate who’s restless to do real work. You think clearly under pressure, communicate your ideas well, and don’t need to be hand-held. You’re comfortable being pushed outside your comfort zone — in fact, you prefer it.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit a short analytical skills test. Entry is based on performance.
What to bring
Your own laptop, a willingness to learn fast, and professional conduct — you’ll be working alongside full-time employees in a live office environment.
Ground rules
There’s no contract binding you here. But we review progress every week. If we don’t see growth, we’ll let you know honestly and part ways. This works both ways — we expect commitment, and we’ll give it back.
